  • Exceptions
    The $250 price does not cover certain components such as motors, control boards, display boards, and any other parts that exceed the cost of the parts within our predetermined limits. Any costs exceeding $250 will be communicated to the customer before proceeding with the repair or solution.
  • Diagnostics
    Diagnostics Fee: A $70 fee will be charged for a service visit if the customer declines the service, or if the dryer is deemed unreasonable or impossible to repair.
  • Spare Parts
    Parts: We also do not accept parts provided by customers and use parts only of our trusted dealers.
  • Service Denial
    We reserve the right to deny service at any time
